Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Please review and agree to our Terms of Service before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.

Terms of Service: The Angelminers Pool
Last Updated: May 2, 2026

1. Nature of the Pool

The Angelminers Pool is a Solo-Mining Pool.

Solo-Mining Model: Miners compete for the full Bitcoin Cash (BCH) block reward. If a Miner connected to the Pool finds a block, that specific Miner is credited with the reward, minus the Pool Fee.

No Shared Rewards: Unlike PPLNS or PPS pools, rewards are not shared among all participants. If you do not find a block, you do not receive a payout.

2. Fees and Charitable Donations

By using this Pool, you acknowledge and agree to our unique fee structure:

Pool Fee: A fee of 2% is deducted from any block reward found by a Miner, to cover the pool's operational costs.

Charitable Purpose: another 33% is deducted from any block reward, which is donated to various charitable organizations selected by the Pool administration.

Irreversibility: Once a block is found and the fee is processed, the donation is final and cannot be refunded to the Miner.

3. Payouts and Thresholds

Payouts are triggered only when a block is successfully mined and confirmed by the Bitcoin Cash (BCH) network (typically after 100 confirmations).

The Pool is not responsible for transaction fees (network dust) associated with sending the remaining 67% reward to the Miner’s designated wallet.

4. No Guarantees of Profit

Mining is a high-risk activity. The Pool does not guarantee:

- That you will ever find a block.
- The future value of Bitcoin Cash (BCH).
- That the mining activity will be profitable after electricity and hardware costs.

5. Prohibited Activities

Miners agree not to use the Pool for any illegal purposes or to engage in "Block Withholding" attacks. We reserve the right to ban any user or IP address suspected of malicious activity that harms the Pool’s integrity or the charitable mission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Angelminers Pool provides its service on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for:

- Hardware damage or electricity costs.
- Loss of income due to Pool downtime or network outages.
- Loss of funds due to the Miner providing an incorrect Bitcoin Cash (BCH) payout address.

7. Transparency and Reporting

We commit to providing periodic reports or public ledger entries regarding the 33% charitable donations (minus pool fee) to ensure the community can verify that the funds reached their intended destination.

8a. Our Charitable Commitment & Selection Process

Transparency and neutrality are the pillars of The Angelminers Pool. To ensure the maximum positive impact of our collective efforts, we adhere to a strict donation protocol:

Independent Selection: The Pool reserves the right to independently select the beneficiaries of the 33% pool fee. This allows us to respond to urgent global needs while maintaining the integrity of our mission.

Diversified Impact: For every single block mined and reward received, we commit to distributing the donation across at least four different official charities.

Strict Neutrality Criteria: We only donate to EU-recognized official charities. To ensure our contributions remain focused purely on humanitarian and environmental aid, we exclusively select organizations that are:

- Non-Political: No affiliation with political parties or lobbying groups.
- Non-Governmental (NGO): Operating independently of government control.
- Non-Religious: Secular organizations that provide aid regardless of faith or religious affiliation.
- Agenda-Free: Focused solely on their core humanitarian mission without underlying social or ideological agendas.

8b. Relationship & Endorsement Disclaimer

The Angelminers Pool operates as a completely independent entity. To maintain total transparency and operational integrity, please note the following regarding our charitable contributions:

No Affiliation: The Angelminers Pool is not a partner, agent, or affiliate of the charities it supports. Our decision to donate is a unilateral philanthropic choice made by the pool and its miners.

No Endorsement: The act of donating to an EU-recognized charity does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recognition of The Angelminers Pool by that charity. These organizations may be unaware of the specific source of the funds at the time of the transaction.

Independent Operation: We do not claim to speak for, represent, or act on behalf of any charitable organization. Conversely, the charities we support do not oversee, audit, or take responsibility for the operations of this mining pool.

Brand Usage: All names, logos, and trademarks of the charities we donate to remain the sole property of their respective owners. Their appearance in our donation reports is for transparency and record-keeping purposes only.

9. Modifications

The Pool reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Pool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Privacy Policy agreement

Our Privacy Policy (below) and Terms of Service are inseparably linked; by agreeing to one, you acknowledge the other.

Privacy Policy: The Angelminers Pool
Last Updated: May 2, 2026

At The Angelminers Pool, we believe in the "Angel" spirit—which means we respect your privacy as much as we value your contribution to charity. Our privacy policy is designed to be transparent, minimal, and focused on security rather than tracking.

1. Data Collection & Usage

We aim to collect the absolute minimum amount of data required to run a functional mining pool.

- Mining Data: We process your public wallet address and worker statistics to calculate your performance and payouts.
- Contact Data: If you email us, we use your email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties.

2. Cookie Policy

We are not interested in following you around the web. Our cookie usage is limited to the bare essentials:

- Strictly Necessary Cookies: We only use one first-party cookie: the PHP Session ID. This is a temporary cookie used to maintain your session while you navigate the pool dashboard.
- No Tracking Cookies: We do not use any marketing, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Third-Party Services

To help us understand our website traffic and improve the user experience, we use:

- Google Analytics: This service helps us see how many people visit the pool and which pages are most useful. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
- No Ad Networks: We do not host advertisements, and we do not share your data with any advertising networks or "big tech" data brokers.
The Pool is not responsible for transaction fees (network dust) associated with sending the remaining 67% reward to the Miner’s designated wallet.

4. Charitable Transparency

When a block is mined, we publish a transparency report. These reports contain public blockchain data (Block Height, TXID). We never publish your IP address or personal identity in these reports unless explicitly requested by you for public recognition of a donation.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal data we hold about you. Since we do not require user accounts or names to mine, your "data" is typically limited to your public wallet address.

6. Privacy Officer

For any questions regarding your data or our privacy practices, please contact our designated Privacy Officer:
Mr. Martin Beek
Email: [email protected]

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
